In the role of Waiter/Waitress, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer and client experiences.

You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety, food safety, and due diligence controls in your area of responsibility.

The Role

To ensure a standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulations
To promote and develop Company services, keeping line manager informed of possible growth, development and business opportunities
To maintain a Healthy, Safe, and Secure Environment and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation
To assist as directed with all aspects of food service; ordering, preparation, presentation and stock control
To create, maintain and enhance effective customer relationships, which includes team members, the Client and individuals in the external environment
To ensure the prompt service of meals and services at required times to the Company's standard and to the satisfaction of the Clients
To be responsible for making sure that any cash/takings belonging to the company are dealt with in the appropriate manner and reconciled accordingly
