What You'll Do:


To be part of a dynamic and customer orientated Distribution team, who are responsible for the acquisition of content from Premier League stadiums, as well as the global delivery of PLP content via a combination of satellite, fibre and IP.

Work in close collaboration with our suppliers to ensure we deliver a 'World-class' service on a consistent basis.

Which includes, coordinating and booking services to deliver a variety of content including:
live match feeds, magazine shows and supplementary programming.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Ensure that both broadcasters and suppliers are kept up to date with all relevant information in relation to our distribution schedule
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all content according to internal and broadcasters' request as well as operating a help-desk service on live match days.
  • Provide a live Helpdesk Service to broadcasters on a match-day, which entails;
  • Providing broadcasters with support and responding to match day related queries
  • Pro-actively updating relevant parties of any changes
  • Trouble shooting technical delivery issues
  • Liaising and ensuring there is clear communication with our suppliers
  • Co-ordination of all match days feeds
  • Completing match day reports
  • Demonstrate a collegiate and collaborative approach with all departments within PLP is vital
  • To provide an exceptional distribution service and experience to the Premier League's broadcast partners
  • Ensure we publish accurate and timely information
  • Build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Experience of working with and servicing customers/clients
  • Demonstrate a calm and methodical approach to problem solving when under pressure
  • Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Pro-active can-do approach

We'd Love If You Also Have These:

  • Multi-lingual
  • Working within a planning/co-ordination role
  • Experience of transmission/distribution co-ordination
  • xperience of working with and servicing customers/clients
  • Technical knowledge of broadcast transmission and distribution
- satellite, fibre and IP
