The Role


Were looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our growing business and be a vital part of the team in the management of exciting and varied client projects, including those being delivered in partnership with some of the worlds leading teams, leagues, brands and NGOs.


Youll need to share our belief in positive societal change in and through sport, this doesnt mean you need to have background experience within the sport sector, though.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional project management by:

  • Project managing end-to-end delivery of client work to ensure a clients brief, budget and timescales are met. This will involve developing and delivering project plans and managing client communications.
  • Ensuring budgets are correct and are being effectively managed.
  • Creating (including developing copy and managing design) key project documents including pitch presentations, delivery plans, progress updates and outcome reports.
  • Engaging and managing additional members of the Think Beyond team (both senior and junior), ensuring they contribute as needed for the timely delivery of the project.
  • Proactively identifying and solving problems.

Create outstanding client experiences by:

  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, often being a key contact within the business.
  • Displaying proactive communication and collaboration throughout all stages of delivery.
  • Consistently challenging thinking and processes throughout delivery to make improvements and ensure the best client experience.
  • Commanding the room in client meetings and workshops, designing and facilitating sessions that build trust and confidence in how we think and support our clients.

Implement, lead and manage successful partner relationships by:

  • Identifying where partners are needed, sourcing and onboarding them in a way that establishes clear foundation for success (including conducting thorough due diligence).
  • Working with partners to deliver highquality outputs, including managing overall delivery, milestones, risks and contractual requirements.
  • Establishing clear roles and responsibilities and ways of working.
  • Implementing an impact measurement framework and supporting partners to adhere to the same.
  • Understanding the nuances of all parties e.g. NGOs vs brands and ensuring that relationships are conducted in a way that benefits all.

You will have:

  • 3+ years working experience in roles that have given you the transferable skills to make a valuable contribution at Think Beyond.
  • A cando attitude and the desire to make a difference for your clients.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently, calmly and without micromanagement our team is small and an expectation to work independently and problemsolve on your own is essential.
  • The ability to work efficiently, effectively, and to deadline.
  • A creative mind and a thinkoutsidethebox attitude.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop implementation plans to deliver key objectives.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise youll be working across multiple projects at the same time, across different time zones.
  • A commitment and belief in the ability of sport to create social change.
  • The right to work in the UK.
