Post holders will work shifts to cover the service hours :00/12-00:00/20:45-09:15, seven days a week. Requests for work/life balance agreements are welcomed and will be considered alongside service need.

The role primarily entails providing therapeutic assessments and brief interventions to children, young people and their families referred to the service.

The role also involves providing specialist advice, consultation and training to professional colleagues to improve biopsychosocial care.

Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve

Our values are:

We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.
