Job Title:
Laboratory Assistant

Location:
Stockport

Contract:
Temporary ongoing fulltime Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Salary:
£11ph - £12ph

Adecco is partnering with a company based in Stockport to recruit a Laboratory Assistant. This role involves supporting wheat and flour testing.

Responsibilities:

Day to day analysis of Wheat and Flour in the lab
Maintenance of CLAS and NABIM Accreditation for the laboratory
Daily completion of lab testing and documentation
Verifying product quality
Completing customer certificates
Collection, documentation, and storage of products
Complete annual training review
Ensure that excellent standards are established, maintained and developed making sure food safety is top priority

Requirements:

Degree in something relating to laboratory testing is desired but not essential
Prior lab experience in sample preparation and testing
Meticulous attention to detail
Team player with strong communication skills
