Credit Controller - Darlington - £20,000
Ambitious Group are working with one of Darlingtons leading independent agents. We are looking for someone with approx.

12 months experience as a Finance Assistant or Credit Controller, or someone who has dealt with rental payments within Estate Agency.

What you will be doing

Liaising with customers & setting up payments for clients
Oversight of the fulfilment of these payments, including credit control and reconciliation
Create and distribute sales invoices to customers
Rental income receipt and chasing of late payments
Add supplier invoices on to Xero and make payments
Checking quarterly chase up letters
Chasing up outstanding debts via Phone/Email/Letter
All adhoc accounting functions to assist the accounts team

What you will have

Currently working within an accounts based role
The ability to converse with a range of people from a variety of different backgrounds
Microsoft office including excel and outlook competence is a must
