Switch Advisor Ltd is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Belfast.

Requirements:


  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to learn and operate computer software.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Salary:
£19,038.00-£20,566.00 per year
