I am currently representing a prestigious UK top 20 firm in Scotland, seeking an Employment Associate, 2- 5 PQE, with expertise in contentious and non-contentious employment law.

Ranked top tier in Employment & Immigration law, the firm provides comprehensive advice to a diverse clientele, including financial institutions, FTSE 100 companies, and leading UK and international businesses.
THE ROLE
In this position, you'll provide expert advice on a range of employment law matters, from executive exits to business restructuring.
You'll handle employment tribunal litigation and support corporate projects for major employers in Scotland, England, and Wales.While experience in business immigration and tribunal advocacy is advantageous, it's not essential.
