We have a great job opportunity for a Contract & Data Administrator to join our team at the Keighley office to manage service maintenance contracts relating to lifts, escalators, and doors.


Purpose:
The job's objective is to facilitate the seamless handling of service maintenance contracts uploaded onto the system. This entails addressing inquiries from both the sales team and the KONE Business Systems team responsible for contract processing.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting audits and verifying contracts once they are uploaded onto SAP.
  • Reviewing contract documents to ensure they are accurately completed with the customer's legal entity.
  • Establishing rapport with the sales team and addressing any inquiries.
  • Collaborating closely with the KONE Business Systems team.
  • Investigating contract or system inquiries to identify root causes and resolve them.
  • Providing support to Sales and Contract departments.
  • Managing contract creations as needed.
  • Offering guidance on contract setup and billing.
  • Testing and defining processes for new digital solutions within KONE business systems.
  • Ensuring data integrity, reviewing, and updating queries and data.
  • Generating reports on SAP pertaining to maintenance contracts and billing.

Skills and experience required:

  • Good experience in Data Entry & Administration.
  • Experience in managing contracts is beneficial.
  • Attention to details.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • CRM Salesforce (training given).
  • SAP (training given.)
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
