Service Delivery Manager - Manchester - 18 month FTC - £65,000

Lorien Global are working on behalf of a software house based in Manchester City Centre, seeking a Service Delivery Manager on an 18 month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.

You'll be an integral part of the IT Service Department.

Your responsibilities will cover the ownership of processes in the Change Management and Service Transition cycle, ensuring that projects, releases and changes move smoothly into production.

Working with the Head of IT Service you'll identify, coordinate andmanage all service readiness activities as part of project delivery.


  • Proven background in a Service Delivery role and strong knowledge oof the ITIL process management
  • Ability to lead the technical troubleshooting meetings
  • Knowledge of managing and adhering to Service SLAs
  • Background managing change management and service transition subteams, including training and development plans
  • Ability to produce and maintain the businesses process and service documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
