    Description

    Application Analyst

    • 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
    • Salary: Up to £75,000 per year

    We have teamed up with a renowned player in the legal sector, a global law firm specializing in financial law.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a subject-matter expert for the Finance, DMS, and in-house application ecosystems.
    • Maintain the integrity and availability of designated systems.
    • Document and monitor assigned systems, collaborating with the Infrastructure team on capacity management.
    • Uphold information security and confidentiality policies and procedures.
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of the business, operations, data flows, and systems.

    Experience:

    • Proficiency in Azure Service Recovery (ASR) is essential.
    • Required knowledge of iManage/Filesite and SharePoint.
    • Familiarity with Intapp Time Desktop and Mobile applications is highly advantageous.
    • Ability to comprehend ViewPoint document coding and configuration is beneficial.
    • Experience in iManage administration.
    • Hands-on experience in administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP solutions, SharePoint 2019/SharePoint Online in a multi-site setup.
    • Applicants should hold a degree in Computer Science or possess equivalent IT service delivery and support experience, with a preference for prior exposure to legal IT.
