• Working within Wealth and Asset Management managing and implementing a screening process to strategically allocate capital for vulnerable clients and NGOS taking into account ESG specifications. Conducted a market research within the ESG future challenges in the UK wealth and asset management market to develop solutions to face current regulation changes within ESG investing and disclosures. • Developed a market research in the payments industry to reach out for any opportunities which achieved to get the company 1 client. Conducted a research within the data application to wealth and asset management funds in the UK in order to address three different stages within the life of a customer to achieve a reasonable customer retention and provide a first filter within the tools that exists in the market.

Deloitte  November 2021 - January 2022 (2 months)

• Energy, TMT & Infrastructure Analyst II. Developed various proposals in order to get over the project i.e. the management and development of a smart city. Delivered a financial model and a strategy plan to deploy a submarine cable in the Caribbean. Conducted a market research to develop the situation within the Caribbean to screen for any opportunity or necessity to deploy one submarine cable.

Banco Santander September 2020 - September 2021 (1 year)

Product Specialist at Fixed Income and Structured Products for Institutional clients, in the primary market (auctions, syndicated and private placements) and secondary market. Advised and sold financial derivatives linked to interest rates, inflation, equity, currency, and credit. Managed a portfolio of Andorran banking institutions and developed skills within client management and investors relations which included BAU deals of +10MM per day and executed around +5 operations per day within the Rates / Public Primary Markets industry. Developed and maintained the SQL database recording +20 BAU daily deals in order to achieve a stronger knowledge of the client we had. • Achieved to pass the MiFID II Certificate (2021) in order to be able to become a financial advisor in Banco Santander for our FIG clients. 

Debt Capital Markets, working with structured debt such as project finance or LBOs. My role was structuring debt, finance modelling and pricing projects for investors. Doing research and liquidity analysis on fields such as tech or energy were included into my main duties. Conducted projects such as Naturgy´s OPA (1.8Bn EUR) or Euskaltel Refinancing (250Mm EUR) conducting the liquidity analysis and developing the pitch to the investors we thought could be interested in the project. Developed a market research within investors to see which investors were interested in acquiring the debt projects we had in our portfolio to reduce our risk and produce and instant liquidity.
