DK Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their client's team on a permanent basis, located in Plymouth, Devon.

They are looking for someone who is Autonomous and can be a real self-starter.

This is very much an operational role so you must be prepared to work across multiple tasks and be agile to business requirements.

Our client is looking to expand their headcount by over 100 the end 2023 so there will be lots of recruitment and on boarding which you will be supported with by your team.

You will also be liaising with HOD's in regards to their requirements.

Our client is a flexible employer but they do need you to be in the office, so hybrid working is not an option for this role due to the nature of the work.

Ideally you will have experience within the Construction, Manufacturing or Engineering industry and have at least 5+ years' experience in HR Management.

Qualifications are not so important but a CIPD will be advantageous.

We are looking to conduct interviews before the Christmas break if possible but our client is looking for someone to start with them as soon as possible and hit the ground running.
