For this role a salary of £37,000-£40,000 is offered with an OTE of around £50,000 (Yes, you read that right: - OTE) along with a myriad of other benefits, working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, working from home with the occasional visit to the Ketteringbased Head Office and the need for travel to client/site visits particularly within the Hereford and Worcester area.

Role responsibilities

Provide support regarding employment relations/issues and HR projects to clients
Ensure that all legislative compliance/regulations are met within each individual client business adhering to their specific company policies
To project manage & deliver redundancy and TUPE processes for clients including the preparation of documentation/calculations, plus training, development, and recruitment
Deliver people strategies and managing changing programmes

What we require from you

An indepth, comprehensive, accountable knowledge of Employment Relations
Previously worked at a senior HR level ideally management or previous, stand alone, HR Consultant
Passion and drive with a desire to provide a 1st class consultancy service
