We are recruiting to fill the role of
Night Support Worker in Haringey
. You will join us in Haringey on a
full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of£22,806 Per Annum(Incl. ILW) Plus Pension and Other Benefits

The
Night Support Worker
Role:

The appointed will join a team of professionals working alongside young people to develop the skills and resilience to be confident and self-determining in their lives.

As Night Support Worker, you will manage a small caseload of clients by taking responsibility for their well-being and day to day support in the service.

This will involve running group sessions and other key activities within the supported or community-basedaccommodation to help them progress towards independence.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive environment, covering a number of core work activities and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients, volunteers and staff in the service at all times.

What we are looking for in our Night Support Worker:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.

Experience of working in a busy support or care environment
Experiencing of working with vulnerable clients who have experienced homelessness
Experience of using Risk Assessments and Support Planning
