Property Sales Consultant - Manchester - £22,000
Are you an experienced Property Sales Consultant? Now is a great opportunity to get into a high performing prop-tech business at the start of a massive growth period
They are looking for a dynamic sales focused individual to join our growing team.
The role will focus primarily on proactively contacting landlord property buyer enquiries via web form marketing leads, converting their interest in their property and portfolio instructions.
What you will be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Landlord property sales team converting all prospective landlord from (buyer) enquiry (online instruction form, web, and telephone) to interest in their existing list of properties to sell
- Responding to all prospective landlord leads (buyers) by operating a customer call back process and follow up strategy
- Open new landlord buyer enquiries as prospective landlord in the company case management software
- Hubspot to ensure activity is accurately tracked and tasks are completed in a time manner
- Maintaining strong landlord relationships via nurturing and verbal follow up activity
- Work closely with the wider property team to ensure all information is accurately shared and that leads are progressed through the sales pipeline
- Engaging with prospective property partners that might act as an extension to help generate future property buyers leads such as investor networks, property sources, institutional buyers and private equity firms
What you will have
- Proven sales experience preferably 2+ years
- Proven telephonybased sales experience and clear, confident technique
- Able to think strategically who can work independently
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn and understand the companies property solution
- Client focused and target driven
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build closeknit relationships with internal colleagues and external landlords/sellers
- Must be flexible and adaptable
- Experience within the property and landlord sector an advantage
- Experience with Hubspot an advantage
What you will receive
- Salary of £22,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission realistic OTE of £40,000
- Share option scheme
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Flexibility to work remotely 3 days in the Manchester St Peter's Square office (WeWork) and 2 days WFH
