Deputy Manager for Salford, Manchester based Children Home - Circa £35k, plus superb benefits package on offer and outstanding professional development

Chase Recruitment are working in partnership with an established residential care home for children with the recruitment of a Deputy Manager .

The children residential home is based in Salford, Manchester.

The children home accommodates 3 young people with mental health needs and is part of an integrated therapeutic provision and has a dedicated clinical psychologist.

Our client are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager based in or around Salford who ideally has experience working for an OFSTED 'Good' or 'Outstanding' provision.

Ensuring good quality practice in Residential care and education
Supporting with the positive development of young people in care
Working closely with the community, supporting the social and learning aspects of young people
A full UK driving license is essential for the role.
Ideally you will have some experience working with children requiring mental health support.
