    Sales Executive

    Company Overview:
    A thriving Construction company located in Worcester is searching for a Sales Executive to become part of their team. This dynamic business has recently expanded by opening a new office and doubling their staff in the last two years. Exciting opportunities are on the horizon, with the possibility of advancing to roles such as Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the next 1-2 years.

    Job Description:
    The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in managing incoming customer orders and inquiries efficiently and promptly. Providing exceptional customer service and recognizing opportunities for additional sales are fundamental duties. Moreover, the position involves securing new business from potential customers and clients.

    Job Duties:
    - Manage incoming customer orders and inquiries
    - Deliver outstanding customer service
    - Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities
    - Secure new business from potential customers and clients

    Required Qualifications / Experience:
    - Previous experience in construction sales, preferably in sub-contractor or housing sectors
    - Full UK Driving Licence

    Knowledge and Skills:
    - Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team

    Working Conditions:
    This position is office-based in Worcester, with occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events.
