Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £20-25k + commission, hybrid working.
Great opportunity to kick-start your recruitment career with this specialist recruitment consultancy in Aylesbury.

Joining as a Trainee Consultant, you will benefit from their in-house 12-week training academy to set you up to succeed.

You will need to have previous customer-facing, customer service experience and be a proactive, focused individual with excellent communication skills.

Joining their expanding team you will be given a lot of autonomy and support to grow your desk / specialist area and develop your career as the company grows.

This is a hybrid role with 2 or 3 days home working after your 3 month probation period. There are no unnecessary KPI's or excessive call targets.

Yes, you have to be a successful biller but you will have the environment and support to ensure your success.

Package - Recruitment Consultant

Basic salary up to £25k depending on experience
