Recruitment Consultant - Banking / Financial Services - up to £45k + comm. LONDON / HYBRID

Basic salary up to £45k (neg)
Commission scheme up to 50% of billings

Working in either Compliance or Risk & Governance, you will be engaging at a senior level with commercial banking, asset management and Fintech clients across the UK.

Ideally you will have a background in Finance, HR, Insurance etc - experience in the digital assets and crypto space is also of interest.

CANDIDATE - Recruitment Consultant - Banking / Financial Services

A proven track record of achievement within a 360 recruitment or executive search role
Experience of delivering recruitment assignments at mid to senior level
Ability to proactively build a client base from existing and new contacts
Capable of delivering a broad range of search and selection services
