Recruitment Consultant - up to £40k + high OTE potential.
Great opportunity to take over an existing desk in the Audio Visual sector.

Working with Public and Private sector clients, you will be managing Permanent and Contact hiring requirements from the Education sector plus Banks, Events & Concerts and Home-Cinema installations.

The desk is generating healthy weekly margin and the growth potential in the UK and Overseas is huge so my client is looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join the business.

Your sector experience is not important but ideally you will come from a Temp / Contract recruitment background and accustomed to working at pace.

You will need to be a proactive sales-focused individual who can open new doors and drive growth. Salary of c.£30-40k (neg) with realistic first year OTE of £60k.

JOB SUMMARY - Recruitment Consultant - Audio Visual

Joining an established team you will be responsible for further developing the agency's presence in the AV / Technology sectors
You will be engaging with major Corporates, the Banking Community and the IT / Comms sectors across the UK and Internationally
You will be leveraging off the existing client base to develop relationships whilst prospecting for new client opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS - Recruitment Consultant - Audio Visual

My client is open to sector background but ideally Temp / Contract experience
Demonstrate a successful career to date with evidence of selfgenerated billings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging at all levels
