Recruitment Consultant - EV / Cleantech - c.£40-45k + generous commission - Hybrid / Home-based + London office.

My client is an emerging boutique agency in the alternative energy / sustainability space, providing recruitment services on an international stage.

Whether it's EV technology, wind and solar power, they work with clients across the UK and Europe providing timely staffing services for Technical, R&D, Sales, Commercial and C-Suite appointments.

With ambitious growth plans, they are looking to appoint experienced Recruitment Consultants who have experience of the EV / alternative energy sector.

Package - Recruitment Consultant - Renewables

Basic salary of c.£4045k (neg) depending on experience
Hybrid or WFH opportunities again depending on your level of experience
Existing client relationships to tap into from day one
Generous commission scheme up to 30% with no threshold
You will currently be working in the Cleantech, EV space
Have a solid track record of developing a successful desk
Proven billing history of £150k+ per annum
Excellent communication skills
Excellent commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial approach
