About the role:

We have got exciting opportunities to join the Customer Hub as Customer Care Advisors at HEINEKEN, helping us build Britain's largest Pub business


The role on offer is fast paced and solution driven, focussing on excellent customer service, and delivering a first in class customer experience.

You'll have a lot going on as you work directly with our customers ensuring end to end service and delivery management.


This role will require a lot of attention to detail, big picture thinking and collaboration as you work with key stakeholders to provide an exceptional level of service.


What can you expect from working in our Customer Hub?


It's quite fast paced around here, so if you like feeling part of a busy and driven team then you'll have a lot going on as you work directly with our customers ensuring we have a plan for their delivery and dealing with orders and deliveries that haven't quite gone to plan.

This is a role that will require a LOT of listening, detail and administration as you support our customers through answering questions and solving queries.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for self-starters who learn quickly, are efficient and enjoy problem solving. Behaviours are everything for our team so we're looking for someone who demonstrates
- positivity and who can work collaboratively and take accountability.

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in problem solving and creating solutions in high pressure environments
  • Previous stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great listening skills with the ability to react appropriately and professionally
