Our client is a leading provider of refurbished IT Hardware, primarily server, storage and networking equipment. They aim to provide sustainable and suitable solutions to customers big and small across the globe.
One of the fastest growing firms in the Techsector, grown 30% YOY growth over the last 3 year and are looking to continue this growth by adding your valuable skills to their team and appoint a Business Development Manager.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to generate new sales opportunities
- Work with Marketing team to contact warm leads and follow through the sales cycle to close.
- Follow a customer centric sales process to ensure you deliver the right solution for your customer's needs.
- Attending client Teams meetings/ face to face to present a solution and value of the offering, with the support of your colleagues.
- Speak and pitch the business to C-Level clients
- Gain knowledge to have the ability to provide commercial and technical advice to your potential customers
- Full training will be provided You will learn A LOT from your super supportive colleagues.
- Identify client needs correctly, propose quotations in a timely manner.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure orders taken are correct, in stock, tested, and shipped correctly. You can "run your own business" to make it a success.
- Accountability and honesty in communication with colleagues
- Maintaining our CRM in a timely manner to keep in regular contact with potential and existing customers
- Attending industry roadshows when required
- Identify and propose suitable examples for marketing case studies
- Achieve monthly KPI's and GP targets
Person Specification:
- Interest in and enthusiasm to work in the IT industry
- A proven track record in sales

Benefits Package:
- 3050k depending on experience
- 22 days holiday rising by 1 day per calendar year service to a maximum of 27 days + Bank Holidays
