    THE ROLE12 month MAT CoverPassionate about human to human interactions, we're searching for a dynamic, engaging, organised individual to join TRO's staffing team.

    The Staffing Manager will be responsible for the event staffing of one of our largest clients - managing the recruitment, profiling, onboarding, scheduling, client liaison and internal correspondence for the campaign planning.


    THE RESPONSIBILITIESYou will be responsible for:

    • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment of TRO's event staff - recruiting and booking teams that mirror what our clients/brands stand for – skill match the right type of person to the right brand
    • Creating staffing schedules for our retail programme to ensure adequate staffing levels are achieved and sourcing cover in the event of sickness / absence.
    • Sourcing and recruiting creatively and proactively
    • Developing and building strong relationships with both staff and internal teams – you will be the main point of contact for our account teams for this client
    • Lead on performance issues with contracted staff and associated administration
    • Conduct field visits to retail and event activations
    • Growing our staff database whilst also maintaining relationships with our existing staff
    • Overseeing and managing the administration of onboarding new staff
    • Taking ownership of Right to Work and any HR issues with staff.
    You'll be the lead on performance issues with contracted staff and associated administration THE CANDIDATEKEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • A proven track record in Staffing (preferably within the events industry) - Retail staffing management would be a bonus
    • Strategic understanding of how to profile the right person to the right brand
    • Experience of managing multiple projects with a strong ability to prioritise
    • A good work ethic that ensures our campaigns are staffed with the right people and looked after throughout the whole process
    • Clear communication skills – must be comfortable with booking and discussing jobs with staff over the phone
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
    • A great relationship builder
