Purchasing Administrator (Full time)
Signature are delighted to be partnering with a successful, ambitious and fast paced international trading company based in Central Bristol.
The sky is the limit here in terms of progression, this is a truly unique opportunity for someone to join an international team and gain experience in a commercial sales office environment.
This is a full-time permanent role working 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday.Benefits

Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new suppliers and managing existing purchase orders from raising PO through to logistics booking, goods in and storage
- Expedite open purchase orders to ensure delivery is on time and in full
- Monitor, analyse and report on stock levels across multiple warehouses
- Manage the company's product data in our product database, ensuring accurate, up to date and accessible product information
- Collaborate closely with sales and buying teams to manage flow of information across the business
- Analyse data to assist operations and buying team with process and supplier efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar Purchasing/Data relevant role
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- MS Office competent, particularly Excel
