Duties include:


  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Photocopying / Filing
  • Data entry
  • General admin duties

Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C or above) desirable
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C or above) desirable

During the apprenticeship you will gain:

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
  • Functional Skills maths & English (if not already achieved)
  • End Point Assessment (EPA)
  • 20% off the job training
All training will be completed through Optimum Skills. You will be assigned a tutor and attend monthly sessions at our Newton Aycliffe Business Hub.

£4.81 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
