Our client a small friendly and virtual organisation are seeking an Executive and Administrative Assistant, they have a flexible agile working environment, and aside from occasional team meetings (travel paid) this is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in the UK.


Our client a small friendly and virtual organisation are seeking an Executive and Administrative Assistant, they have a flexible agile working environment, and aside from occasional team meetings (travel paid) this is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in the UK.

This is a 6 month role, to start ASAP, working hours 25 per week, over Monday to Friday.

In this role you will be supporting the Federation's secretariat with essential administrative functions.

Responsibilities:


  • Support the finance team by accurately coding and filing invoices electronically.
  • Coordinate and assist with upcoming events and conferences.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and rescheduling meetings as needed.
  • Prepare formal documentation and letters on behalf of the CEO.
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and foster positive relationships.
  • Arrange travel logistics for the CEO and the wider team.
  • Assist in organising governance meetings, including preparing documentation and facilitating communication.
  • Search, recommend, and book venues for meetings and events.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the team as required.

Requirements:


  • Experience in organising events and meetings.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in diary management.
  • Clear and confident communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
  • Strong administrative skills.

Requirements:
