Our client a small friendly and virtual organisation are seeking an Executive and Administrative Assistant, they have a flexible agile working environment, and aside from occasional team meetings (travel paid) this is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in the UK.
Our client a small friendly and virtual organisation are seeking an Executive and Administrative Assistant, they have a flexible agile working environment, and aside from occasional team meetings (travel paid) this is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in the UK.
In this role you will be supporting the Federation's secretariat with essential administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
- Support the finance team by accurately coding and filing invoices electronically.
- Coordinate and assist with upcoming events and conferences.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and rescheduling meetings as needed.
- Prepare formal documentation and letters on behalf of the CEO.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and foster positive relationships.
- Arrange travel logistics for the CEO and the wider team.
- Assist in organising governance meetings, including preparing documentation and facilitating communication.
- Search, recommend, and book venues for meetings and events.
- Provide additional administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in organising events and meetings.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in diary management.
- Clear and confident communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- Strong administrative skills.
Requirements:
