Culture Guru is working with a trailblazing innovative startup who are on the trajectory to becoming the leader within their segment of the VR world.
This already successful business with offices based in Hackney Wick / Stratford is looking for a client-focused, passionate and transformative Customer Success Associate.
Responsibilities of the role but not limited to
- Develop and implement a Customer Success strategy focused on customer onboarding, customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Arrange followup calls with clients, in order to obtain feedback, and build longterm relationships
- You will be responsible for opening and managing the Zendesk Support system, responding to customer enquiries promptly
- You will work closely with the Sales team, aiding them in account management and upselling
- You'll be keeping a log of all customer interactions through the Hubspot CRM
- You will be responsible for ensuring all clients are utilising their VR training to its maximum potential
- 1+ year of customer service/account management experience, preferably within the tech industry
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent time management skills, and diary management
- Strong people skills, and ability to resolve any conflicts/issues with Clients
- Excellent strategicthinking, analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office suites
- Proficiency in CRM's (Hubspot is preferable)
- Proficiency in English
