Our Care/Support workers provide daily support and personal care, and once fully trained will administer medication to our tenants. Duties may also include arranging daily activities, taking our tenants out on trips and activities, helping to prepare meals. We also encourage tenants to develop and maintain positive relationships with family and friends.

Salary
Fully operational salary:
- £12.45 per hr for social hours
- £13.45 per hr for unsocial hours
- Sleepins £104.20 per sleep
Starting salary:
- £11.45 per hr for social hours
- £12.45 per hr for unsocial hours
- Sleepins £104.20 per sleep
- Social hours are Monday to Friday 7am9pm, Unsocial hours are all other shifts._
You will receive 20 days' holiday per year, plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays after 2 years' service.
There are opportunities to progress within the organisation, gain recognised qualifications including The Care Certificate and take on additional responsibilities.
