We're looking for people with a Customer First mindset to be part of the team that manage the electricity network for the North East, Yorkshire and northern Lincolnshire.

As a
Customer Service Advisor based out of an award-winning contact centre in Penshaw, Sunderland, you will provide a professional quality service to customers.

You'll receive a starting salary of between £18,830 and £21,827 depending on experience and an attractive benefits package that includes:
