We have a fantastic opportunity for talented customer focused individuals to join a digital bank based in Manchester who make a real difference to everyday people.

This is not your usual customer service role as it's fully remote. You'll work Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm with NO WEEKENDS or Bank Holidays - you even get an extra day off on your birthday


Our fully comprehensive training programme provides you with all of the tools you need to deliver an outstanding service to customers as they transfer funds, order cards & PIN reminders, amend contact details or call with general balance or transaction enquiries.


We are ideally looking for people with a customer service experience however all backgrounds are considered as long as you have strong communication skills and you're a confident, outgoing individual, with the ability to build customer relationships.
