HR Generalist, Excellent Full-time opportunity, Based in Belfast
Reed HR are delighted to be working with our client, a large multination organisation with a full order book on the recruitment for an HR Generalist based in Belfast.
This role has been specifically created to help drive and ensure successful adoption of various HR initiatives, talent strategies and related functions.
Working with the BR BP you will be part of a growing organisation who offer great career progression, and a work / life balance approach to their employees.
As an HR Generalist within the team, you will:- Implement strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and diversity throughout the organisation
- Lead employee relation issues, investigations, grievances, absence management and applicable training.
- Support recruiting efforts through identification of top talent
- Prepare and deliver communications, presentations, and timely reports to employees and management on HR initiatives, processes and events
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years in a HR Generalist role
- Payroll admin experience
- CIPD Qualified
- Proficient in MS Office package

- Potential WFH past probation period (Predominantly Office based)
