Supply Chain Operations Manager

Walsall (Hybrid)

£30,000 - £37,000

Full Time: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends

Travel is required

I am currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to join my client in the Walsall area. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking, innovative business.

A well established business founded in the 1800's, and you will have the opportunity tomeet with customers around the UK.

This is a key role within the business, you will have operational responsibilities across the UK, this may involve England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Island.

Responsibilities of the role:

Provide a support service to clients
Ensuring key client targets are met whilst increasing productivity and maintaining compliance
Resolve operational problems across multiple sites and escalate any issues that may arise
Attend client sites where appropriate to advise on processes
Recruit and maintain required staff levels
Develop new and existing staff
Ensure all data is delivered on time
Motivate current staff members
