A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator. You will be joining our award winning client in the Cannock area.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Deliver a resolution to customers and national account queries
  • Manage orders through the internal portal and produce all necessary documentation for shipments and deliveries
  • Handle queries using the CRM to record all information and track progress
  • Gather feedback on products and services
  • Responsible for building and developing relationships with their franchises and customers

Skills and experience:


  • Must have 2 years experience in an office based Customer Service role
  • IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel is essential
  • Business to business customer experience is an advantage
