Duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver a resolution to customers and national account queries
- Manage orders through the internal portal and produce all necessary documentation for shipments and deliveries
- Handle queries using the CRM to record all information and track progress
- Gather feedback on products and services
- Responsible for building and developing relationships with their franchises and customers
Skills and experience:
- Must have 2 years experience in an office based Customer Service role
- IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel is essential
- Business to business customer experience is an advantage
