Weekend Showroom Host

We are now looking for a Weekend Showroom Host to join our busy dealership team, working on a part-time basis.

If so, then you may be the person that we are looking for to take up this fantastic opportunity here at Sycamore BMW.

We are a well respected family run business who are passionate about our customers and thrive on offering excellent service and building a loyal client base.

Your role as a Weekend Showroom Host will mean you report directly to the Senior Showroom Host.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer needs are met in line with outstanding standards expected, including both face to face interaction and via the phone during busy periods.

You will enjoy interacting with all types of people.

More specifically, your responsibilities would include:

To achieve, and strive to exceed all set targets and objectives.
To ensure that customers are handled in an efficient and professional manner, Whether in person or over the phone.
To ensure that the presentation of the showroom is at a satisfactory standard, at all times.
To work closely with colleagues to ensure that communication with customers is key and that all individual customer needs are met.
To work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved at all times.
To support the smooth running of the dealership.

Saturdays 08:30 - 17:00

Sunday 10:00 - 16:00

Bank Holidays 10:00 - 16:00

Potential to pick up any extra hours during the week for cover.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 13 per week
