- Monitor and report back on stock levels to optimize performance

- Oversee and influence across-functions to ensure a joint-up approach through Education, Artistry and Events

What are key highlights of this role?
We are looking for an exceptional Retail and Education Manager who can blend strategic business acumen with a service-led coaching style to navigate the future of our retail space. You will lead by example, with a genuine excitement and love for our brands, luxury retail and exceptional customer experiences.
Your mission is to develop your retail teams across multiple sites to deliver outstanding service whilst driving productivity in line with the Be Luxe strategy. You will be a strong coach and be able to adapt your style to work side-by-side in your stores. As well as developing teams, you will be putting in place strong retail plans, to grow your portfolio, as well as gain market share in your stores. In addition, you will be able to influence and engage our Retailers and Senior stakeholders. You thrive on change and seize any opportunity to innovate, and you have a proven track record in growing and developing talent.
What are the key responsibilities?
RETAIL MANAGEMENT:
·Manage store targeting process to ensure that they reflect a consistent strategy, ensuring performance is in line with company goals
·Achieve the targets and manage the collection of NPS and CRM data
·Manage the FTE and Headcount targets for the stores in your region and monitor productivity levels
·Put in place action plans to grow the sales and KPI's of your stores
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT:
·Have a passion for your people – as part of your role you will strategically spend a lot of time in store coaching and developing Beauty Consultants with a focus on development of service and commercial skill sets
·Recruit, onboard, coach and develop new starters into the business
·Contribute to the engagement of digital learning and engagement
OPERATIONS:
·Ensure excellence of brand image in the stores at all times; counters, displays, team, etc
Preferred Qualifications
·Previous sales and team management experience, ideally within beauty industry
·Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
·Experience and understanding of effective sales techniques, customer service and proven ability to drive results
·Strong analytical skills
·Valid UK driving licence
·Strong capability on Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Outlook
