Resource Planning Scheduler - Southampton, United Kingdom - The Work Shop
Description
As a Resource Planning Scheduler, you will be responsible for the real time monitoring of around 50 call centre agents, joining a company who are a well-established and recognised brand.
Duties for the Resource Planning Scheduler:
- Schedule and plan lunch breaks, training sessions and manage rotas
- Data entry and analysis reporting findings to management, highlighting trends and helping to set targets the advisors need to make
- Keeping track of headcount budgets as well as looking at ways to improve services
- Data entry
- Preparing reports
- Previous planning and scheduling experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong data analysis capabilities
The Resource Planning Scheduler role requires you to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, with the option to work from home two days per week after passing a 6-month probationary period.
