As a Resource Planning Scheduler, you will be responsible for the real time monitoring of around 50 call centre agents, joining a company who are a well-established and recognised brand.


Duties for the Resource Planning Scheduler:

  • Schedule and plan lunch breaks, training sessions and manage rotas
  • Data entry and analysis reporting findings to management, highlighting trends and helping to set targets the advisors need to make
  • Keeping track of headcount budgets as well as looking at ways to improve services
  • Data entry
  • Preparing reports
  • Previous planning and scheduling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong data analysis capabilities


The Resource Planning Scheduler role requires you to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, with the option to work from home two days per week after passing a 6-month probationary period.

The salary is offering £27,000 and free parking is provided, along witha range of company benefits.
