2020 Recruitment are working with a Glenrothes based client who are looking to add an Administrator to their team on a temp to perm basis.
This role would suit someone looking for 20 hours a week or if you also have sales experience this could be a full-time position.
Please note that you must have experience in invoicing, credit control, sage and strong general administration skills to be considered.
The Role
As the Administrator you will be working within the Sales Division processing invoices and performing all general administration skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the Administrator your duties and responsibilities will include:
- General administration duties
- Raising invoices
- Order processing
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Credit control
- Sage
Requirements:
To be considered for the Administrator position you must have the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with Sage
- Credit control
- Strong administration skills
- Strong IT skills
Package
As the Administrator you will be offered the following package:
- Hourly rate of £11.50
- Full or part time hours depending on your skills
- Permanent contract after the 12 week period
