Description

NxGen Recruit are currently working with an established organisation who are looking to recruit a Order Processor on a permanent basis.

Key duties

To deliver an exceptional Customer experience
Customer first approach
To liaise with external companies i.e. couriers to organise deliveries of parts.
Work on a range of requests simultaneously and prioritising workload
Resolve any customer issues
To record all customer interaction within company systems.
To complete essential administrative tasks associated with the role within the agreed timescales.
