IN2Consult / Treasury Clerk / Grays / Up to £35,000 pa / Permanent / Office based

  • Reconciliation and overview of direct retail, ecommerce & concession sales (Cash, Visa, Amex PayPal etc.)
  • Reconciliation and overview of bank accounts.
  • Liaising with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams on unknown receipts and payments going through bank accounts.
  • Action cashbook, intercompany and other miscellaneous payments that fall outside of the AP/AR team's remit.
  • Reporting on actual cash flows by category and compiling cash flow projections.
  • Maintain a rolling monthly cash flow forecast to project funding requirements.
  • Analyse the daily cash pool positions across all currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, DKK, NOK, and HKD) and establish the global cash requirements of the group.
  • Manage the funding of cash requirements.
  • Execution of multiple department improvement projects.
  • Work with the Treasury Manager to streamline reporting and ensure smooth operation of all Cashbook matters.
  • Collate and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
  • Other Ad Hoc Duties Assigned.

Beneficial Skills -

  • 3 + years of Treasury or related experience.
  • Proficient in MS office (specifically MS Excel).
  • SAP knowledge beneficial.
