  • We are currently looking for a Project Manager within Front Office, with a strong working knowledge of Global Markets traded products, to join our investment banking client project._

About the role
Responsibilities for the role may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and deliver presentations covering project / program status and plans.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of Front Office training plans and materials, present training to small and large groups as required
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing
  • Lead, supervise, coach and develop junior team members

Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong educational background
  • Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
  • Strong Project Management skills in Front Office environment
  • Knowledge of analyzing legislative and regulatory texts, and associated legal analysis
  • Knowledge of global markets trading products (Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities) and/or securities services (Prime, Collateral, Clearing, Custody, Fund Services)
  • Ability to gain consensus among staff and drive initiatives to completion effectively
  • Management and facilitation to achieve objectives, with both local and with remote teams
  • Experience of designing and implementing structured business/operational processes and business requirements documentation
  • Demonstrable experience of running high impact projects / programs as a consultant or internal change group
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
