Our client, a well-established and successful Lettings Agency is looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Sheffield.

Working hours:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm (Saturday may be required, this will be with the following Friday off)

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

Basic Salary £20,000
OTE £26,000 £30,000

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

Lettings Negotiator experience
Target driven
Highly organised
Motivated
Full UK Driver's license
Work well in a team as well as independently

As a Lettings Negotiator your role will involve:

Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals, carrying out inventories
Helping build up the company lettings brand and creating new ways to find tenants for our developments
