Description

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of clean technology solutions to the automotive industry.

They work with all leading OEM's and vehicle manufacturers and due to their sustained success, they are looking to recruit talented individuals to jointheir finance team in Warwick.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end to end customer rebate process, including; proposal, approvals, contracts and payments.
Management of customer contracts.
Business partnering with sales teams and other business partners on customer rebate processes.
Manage the month end rebate provision calculations and analysis of key movements.
Responsible for the rebate payment process.
Adhoc sales reporting, analysis and other tasks
Ensure stability of the existing systems and make improvements where possible, including; accuracy, completeness of information/data and outputs.
Assistance with implementing new processes and controls.
Preparing information for the SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) reporting.
Line management of another Rebate Analyst.

Skills and Experience required:

Experienced Finance Analyst with expertise in external customer rebate processes.
Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Excel to Intermediate/Advanced level.
Good overall communication skills, both written and verbal.
Some previous line management experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
