Within this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of employee relations processes, providing guidance to managers and employees and working to deliver and ensure appropriate responses to any related employment issues that arise

A key part of the role will be to adopt a Just Culture approach to employee relations matters, ensuring all investigation processes are constructive rather than destructive.
