- Sound knowledge of clinical/risk assessment and understanding of Information Governance principles.

- Ability to delegate whilst maintaining overall responsibility for service users care, where appropriate.
- Highly motivated & able to engage with service users & carers to improve outcomes.
- Ability to be creative and adapt interventions to different age groups and abilities.
- Excellent time management skills, organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and to manage own and other workloads efficiently.

Your role will provide support via liaison & consultation to education providers and universal services. It will also involve leading evidence based groups & workshops to children & young people and parents/carers, as well as brief 1-1 interventions.

You will be able to provide excellent clinical & management supervision to Band 4 Practitioners within the team, with the ability to inspire and develop staff to their full potential. You will also provide management and clinical supervision to the Band 4 Practitioners within the team.
