I am working with a fantastic school in Redbridge who are seeking an ambitious SEND Teaching Assistant to join their growing team.

If you are experienced in ASD, SEMH, SLD/PMLD, SLCN, and challenging behaviour, or if you just want to get your foot in the door and gain valuable knowledge within education, I want to hear from you

What you can expect as a SEND Teaching Assistant

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll be welcomed into a warm and inclusive community
Opportunities to work on a 1:1 basis with the children
Excellent support and progression opportunities
A PAYE structure of £80 £100 per day

The ideal SEND Teaching Assistant

Will have experience supporting a range of SEMH students and achieving the most out of their education and development
Experience deescalating challenging outbursts
Can adapt to challenges whilst following appropriate protocol
