£21,600 - £26,400
Fixed Term - 12 months with a view to going permanent
Role purpose
The Change Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Change & Technology Team.
The role holder will primarily administer the Request for Change (RFC) process, ensuring the process runs efficiently and delivering a high level of service to colleagues.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Providing support to maximise the effectiveness of the Change & Technology Team;
- Effectively managing the Change & Technology mailbox, handling all queries, allocating tasks and ensuring communications are prioritised and highlighted for attention as needed;
- Proactively tracking and following up on change requests, ensuring change requestors and Change Managers are kept updated on progress and that change requests are efficiently moved through the process to meet customer needs;
- Managing the change database, ensuring complete and accurate records are available at all times;
- Managing the Change & Technology team calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of triage meetings;
- Facilitating change triage meetings (opening the meeting, sharing screen, summarising next steps and actions agreed);
- Arranging, supporting and attending meetings (team meetings, workshops, conferences, training), including booking meeting space, travel and accommodation as required, effectively managing attendance, ensuring agendas are set and shared with attendees in advance and that minutes and actions are captured and shared as necessary;
- Maintaining the Change Management toolkit templates and process documents;
- Raising purchase orders, receipting invoices and tracking financials;
- Compliance ensuring all administrative processes/procedures are followed and the relevant organisational systems are used in carrying out duties;
- Interacting with people across the organisation at a range of levels, gaining clarification and agreement from them as required to progress change requests.
Knowledge and Experience:
Essential
- Clear and confident communicator at appropriate levels using written, verbal and facetoface methods

Desirable
- Experience with Jira or Asana or equivalent project tracking/workflow management software
- Strong problemsolving skills
Special Conditions/Other Requirements:
- Requirement to be discreet at all times, with the ability to act in a confidential manner as required
- Act as SharePoint Super User where necessary
