My client are an international firm based in Leeds City Centre who are looking for an Administration Team Leader to manage a small team of Administrators.
As an Administration Team Leader your duties will include:
- Manage all absence and attendance across the team
- Allocate workload to ensure day to day business needs are met
- Assist with Recruitment and training for new members of the team
- Identify training needs and areas for development
- Conduct all 121's and performance reviews
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
As an Administration Team Leader you will have the following skills:
- Previous Management or Team Leader experience is essential
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and extremely diligent
