Administration Team Leader

Leeds City Centre

£25,000 - £30,000


My client are an international firm based in Leeds City Centre who are looking for an Administration Team Leader to manage a small team of Administrators.

The ideal person will have previous Team Leader or Management experience, ideally from a ProfessionalServices environment.


As an Administration Team Leader your duties will include:

  • Manage all absence and attendance across the team
  • Allocate workload to ensure day to day business needs are met
  • Assist with Recruitment and training for new members of the team
  • Identify training needs and areas for development
  • Conduct all 121's and performance reviews
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business

As an Administration Team Leader you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Management or Team Leader experience is essential
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and extremely diligent
