Lead Social Designer - Manchester (Remote or Hybrid) - £50,000 - Agency
Our client is a highly prestigious and successful performance marketing agency.

Due to client demand, they are building a creative team and looking to appoint a Lead Social Designer to develop and activate social and OOH content that will get brands talkedabout.

Key Responsibilities include:

Build brand platforms that can be executed across digital channels to increase awareness, consideration and conversion
Working hand in hand with the social team to find scaled opportunities to create brand fame, informed by social intelligence and audience understanding
Create bestinclass, mobile first, engaging social content across both organic and paid (video/motion graphics, statics, gifs, stories etc.)
Be confident in the world of video on demand
Be able to work ideation through to execution (including pitches and new business development)
Working with internal and external partners to produce video content, review scripts, manage shoots and be a strategic creative resource for clients
Being a creative voice inside the agency and outside to help elevate creative

We are looking for someone with:

Previous experience in devising and delivering social campaigns (managing the process from start to completion)
Demonstrable experience of creating conversationstarter social content pieces
Sound knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
A strong and engaging communication style, able to work effectively and efficiently with internal teams and external stakeholders; pitching ideas and staying in regular comms
Brilliant understanding of brand, media and PR
